Scan Pictures and Precious Documents

I can't even remember the last time I took a film to be developed. It was so expensive too, since I always took two or three pictures of the same thing to make sure I got a good shot. Now that the majority of us have gone the digital camera route, there are no worries about taking multiple shots of the same subject.

What is worrisome though, is that those old pictures you took using film and those shoeboxes full of much older pictures recording the history of your family could be lost if disaster strikes. Now is the time to start scanning your pictures. But don't stop there. Don't forget about those old love letters or your grandmother's handwritten recipes. These too can be scanned and saved for posterity.
