Business presentations are often full of facts and figures, such as an overview of the company sales for the year. Could it get more boring? Well, why not spruce up the data with a graphic of the information, rather than bullet points?

Although you can easily create a chart of your data right in PowerPoint, more than likely the accountant has already done so in an Excel file. You can easily copy and paste this chart from the Excel file right into your presentation. Why recreate the wheel? The beauty of this method is that, you can choose to paste a link to the original Excel file, so that if changes are made to that file at anytime, your presentation is updated automatically with the correct information. How great is that feature?!

See how easy it is to add an Excel chart to your PowerPoint presentation in this quick tutorial with screenshots.
