Quick Zoom in PowerPoint 2007
Monday April 14, 2008
I don't know about you, but since PowerPoint 2007 came out, I find I have to do a lot more mouse clicking to accomplish the same task as I did in earlier versions of PowerPoint. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome here I come. [big sigh here]
Well, I am happy to say that at least one function can be done with fewer clicks. I'm referring to the Zoom feature in PowerPoint 2007. You can access the Zoom function by using the View tab on the ribbon and then choosing one of the Zoom option buttons. Or, you can use the quick zoom buttons in the status bar. See how easy it is to use the Quick Zoom in PowerPoint 2007.
